I would encourage all to send ASIC and the ASX a question mark over AVB's continuous disclosure requirements.

If we aren't going to see anything prior to the close date which looks likely then they need to explain the delays with each and a reason why.

The AVB BOD have a responsibility to the holders and not just to OZL/BR/AP and the Gs

I would also ask ASIC that the holders be informed with the exact information that is privy to all of the above.
