@Freehold - I just want to flag that the US institutional investor who bought in in february would have 60 million shares which not being 5% (of 1.87 billion shares on issue) would not have to report. Unless the 30 million options come into it - or purchases put them over 5%.

BTW- does anyone know if AVZ has to know the identity of the US institutional investor - I assume they do?
I assume they can't remain secret to AVZ management behind holding companies etc?

Clearly I'm still learning some details here myself.
Wish there was an ASX and/or ASIC help desk for these sort of questions.
