Ever since learning about Hofstadter's Law and seeing it play out in real world situations time after time the slight delays, slight misses in targets doesn't bother me anymore. That's what happens. That's reality. All I want to see now is the company achieving progress after progress after progress..... if something is anticipated to be achieved by Q1 and instead it happens in Q2 or Q3 then so be it.
