I certainly hope that the management are self serving... they have some serious skin in the game.

What I see from the announcements are sound, considered strategy with actions to back it up. Company value is being created and, supposing that the strategy is sound, revenue and profit will follow. From the information at hand, they are building future opportunities for strong revenue streams with strong relative competitive advantage.

I'm not a mind reader and don't know the thoughts of sellers at these levels. Large pullbacks and volatility are part for the course at this end of the market and at this phase of business growth.
