I reckon this means they have been producing BG LCE but not at economically enough levels where Pablo is happy....
Shame it took AGY so long to get the message out. But then again better late than never; and it seems like we may have educated SHs after all (judging by the SP) who can see the huge benefit at the end of a minor delay - as long as we are informed. GLTAH
