I educated myself at a cost of over $28,000 to change careers at 40years old through no fault of my own. My wife has always remained home with our kids, received no child support, even if she did work we would have paid for child care as there was no handout like there is now.
No first home owners grant as we didn't meet the 'criteria' which was bullshit, but we bought anyway. No baby payment, no dole, no handouts, no inheritance or lotto.........just damned hard work and lots of it.
Did it easy? You have no idea! Get off your respective backsides and make it work and stop the belly aching!
The biggest restriction anyone has in life is the space between their ears and what you 'think' you can do. You can achieve what ever you want if you truly put your mind to it. Might mean going without to achieve it, but so what join the club!
