I still think it is confusing unless I have not understood something or else I have missed some announcement which I don't think I have.

I did send an email to [email protected] asking what exactly the situation was considering the details in the 10 January announcement compared to what my sharebroker has told me.

So far there has been no response. Whether that is an indication that even they are confused by the situation is hard to say.

It does appear rather odd to me without getting further clarification.

Perhaps others should bombard info@max etc to see what is the situation. The more questioning emails the more likely to get a response. Perhaps.
