Your cognitive dissonance index is through the roof. Out of one side your mouth you call for LT price appreciation, out the other you suggest no one will find financing.

You won't say who Lynas sells to even though they're sold out, but then suggest there won't be any buyers for anyone else.

The idea that every product is a hard sell flies in the face of the demand you must assume is coming to drive the NdPr pricing we ALL expect. I think smelters and magnet-makers (Japanese or Chinese) are probably knocking down their door; you think they have to go door-to-door begging end-users. It's why I keep asking: Who is Lynas selling their Nd-Pr to?

If Lynas is profitable at $60/kg NdPr without selling any SEG or HREE, just how hard would it be for them if their La went unsold? I expect ~$80/kg this year and going forward.

Offtake agreements are way overrated. The demand for magnet metals (Nd, Pr, Sm, Co, Ce even) is so strong and long and assured that good deposits can be safely developed without them. Buyers will come for concentrates, pay up for separates.

I wouldn't touch Rare Earth Salts with a ten foot pole without a lot more tech data. Their website doesn't provide any (dodgy weasel-wording instead) and their use of Y, Eu, Tb and La on their front page is just a bit weird. Not to mention, they are hooked up with the coal ash crowd and welcomed Medallion as a concentrate provider. I can imagine separation of HREEs could be feasible by certain chromatographic methodologies, but not large scale NdPr separation. Too much water, too many simulated moving beds. Still a private company anyway.

Lol, only weird to someone that doesn't understand the phosphors suite, which they've been recycling to separated oxides since last June <$2kg OpEx. Don't stress, you will hear a LOT more from RES, and BTW they are nowhere near either the coal or MOSP fantasies.

The balance is verging incoherent, you are welcome to your opinion but I'd suggest your understanding of the RE downstream mkt needs a bit of work.
