On top of that my wage has risen from about 40k and the average was about 150k back then in 2001...now my wage is around 50k the average house is nearing 400k.
Wages have not kept up with the house prices...the same house that sold for 150k in 2000 is now selling for 400k.
And because houses are so expensive people arent building as many meaning prices rise more...the system is screwed...maybe when people start more criminal activity as they cant afford rent/repayments the governemnt and infestors will see the error in their ways
