Not sure about that one as if it had passed all Natick testing and Pyroman FR testing then it would have been under the old rules to announce that it was a 'done deal', i.e. we were the only ones to pass all the tests.

The rules have changed now and you only have to look at the 'further explanation' Ann's being released by companies to see they have changed. You cannot announce any 'deal' without describing the buying party, monetary value (if any) and the material terms on the 'deal'

I agree that previous announcements would not meet the new apparent standards, however they probably met the old ones.

If your releasing company statements that materially affect the SP that prove to be later incorrect you are misleading the market, it would be up to the beak to decide the degree of such.
It may be that a class action specialist law firm in Singapore already has some info on AJX, remember ex shareholders with losses are not sitting still expecting more excuses from the board. Watch this space.
