The company is in excellent position regardless of this cap raise. Disappointing for existing shareholders I know, but I feel all holders from this point on will be massive winners in 3-4 years time. The company has done wonderfully the past year and if this rate of growth / sales / progress continues AHZ will be in an excellent spot. I welcome the cap raise (as a non-shareholder! Love that 15-15% knock!) and look forward to what comes next.
