ESI remains an interesting stock to debate, wonder and pounder about.


I posted last week that I expected the share price to run up to 3cents prior signing. I think I have to withdraw that statement after analysing the change in bid stack. The sell side has been increasing rapidly. Is that because shareholders want to get out at their break even point? Could be and judging some of the ongoing sledging on the forum I am not surprised that patience is wearing thin for some. To some extend I can actually agree with that.


The alternate view is that the sellers are large LT holders with a view to increase their holdings (on good news), by building a wall of 40+ million shares over a spread of 0.04 cents trading upwards is discouraged in the absence of firm good news (MPA with detail that will make the market go BOOM). A risky proposition if your “buy” timing is off however I have seen this before in other stocks. It is a form of manipulation.


Either way once the wall is broken the sky is the limit noting that IMO this will be the case on signing and multiple +100m volume days. Better to get in now if you ask me.
