Well if you left feeling good without being able to judge Sue then I'm disappointed. I'd rather like to have had Gavin hand the meeting - or at least the presentation on the current state and the future - to Sue as an expression of confidence. If she isn't on top of things by now sufficient to handle the meeting then that's a problem. From today Gavin is not a director or did I get that wrong?
