    some conservative sums.

I note MS when referring to the 12.5mill did not refer to it as sales or production but guaranteed INCOME. so taking him at face value the angolans have GUARANTEED CVI an annual income from the diamonds of US 12.5mill for the first 4 years. If we now give CVI a conservative PE (after all these are hard times) of 10 that rates us as being worthy of a market cap BASED ONLY ON THE DIAMOND GIG of US $125 million. being conservative (after all these are hard times) lets call a USD an AUD and being conservative (after all these are hard times) lets assume a fully diluted market cap. that's 426.3 million shares according to todays qrtly.

so for a side project that CVI had to be coaxed into taking, with a guaranteed income for 4 years and guaranteed capex provided by locals the share price JUST FOR THE DIAMONDS ALONE should conservatively be 29.3c.

I am aware of other factors that may come into play such as further dilution for other projects, fortitude or other JV expenses but even so for a little side project this is tremendous value for CVI.

Oh and one other thing Damien, those mysterious market forces you refer to that may be accumulating are neither shadowy nor secretive. you need look no further than the top 20. i have mentioned it before and so have others but ANZ nominees holdings have been rapidly climbing...and at a time when everyone else is selling. I think their importance should not be underestimated. It has often been suggested that CVI is nothing more than HC hype. I would be prepared to bet my lefty that the researchers at ANZ don't do their research on HC.
