Can't see a crash, more likely we'll see a stagnation in prices while people that find Sydney expensive relocate to more affordable capital cities like Hobart, Adelaide or Perth where you can buy 2-3 houses for the price of a similar one in Sydney.
A 0.55AUD is great not only for lithium & all our other mineral exports but would also limit the property "price crash" to foreign investors and ex-pats who would then put a floor under the price .
