Tricky question and I'm not prepared to quote who it was other than it was someone VERY close to the company. Instead of identifying the person I would prefer you to quote me and lambast me early next year if my comment proves to be incorrect.
Maybe look through my post history over the previous year to see how correct I have been, including capital raising info. and further funding required.
Don't be surprised if further funding is sort in the next 3-6 months for around $1.5mill with convertible notes being a very likely form of funding. Same thing with this, I'm not prepared to identify a source, you'll have to judge my legitimacy from my history.
