So I rang GDY direct today (not Computershare) on 07 37217500 and Kerry was totally prepared with a BSB number, account number and name.

I was told to put my HIN number into the description line in the BSB.

She gave me a number to fax my signed document concurrently.

They will match it up and you can save the anguish of parking and failure of the postal system between your decision time and Thursday night close.
