Perhaps that could be a way of communicating. Although there would be privacy issues and probably other issues. But at least we could set out the issues establish a fighting fund and write to shareholders. We would need the backing of substantial shareholder(s) to push the cause, unless the sum of the minorities could roll the CEO.
