Doesn’t fit as a home doesn’t produce income. If the bank was shown that the person wanted to buy more and what he was borrowing for was say I don’t know, increasing sales at 40% annually and expanding the back yard into another market, the bank would be more likely to get on it.
Picture it more like a man going to do it to buy an investment property, and keeps borrowing more to build it up and make a hotel. Add a nice big moat to that hotel, as long as it keeps building up and increasing revenue, they’ll keep lending.
