Ann: Response to ASX Appendix 5B Query, page-39

Did any one find this  section of the 5B query strange?

The estimated exploration, staff costs and administration expenditures for the current quarter can again be curtailed, and therefore substantially reduced if necessary or required.

Exploration costs aside I would have thought staff and admin costs are predominately fixed costs and cant be easily curtailed?

I am new here so if any one can give me a history lesson on how they have curtailed these fixed expenses in the past unless of course curtailed means debt equity conversions. I am all ears.?
