What a load - a) they don't own Mt.C yet, b) would you tell everyone what you found before you bought it?

I doubt that even the seller knows the latest drilling results and the deal is based on the known reserves only. Also, I doubt it will be a cash up front deal - it will probably include a % on profits, etc.
