This thread has descended to some low lows with persona insults and speculation. People are entitled to their opinion, favourable or otherwise.

I think people are reading way too much into the delay in completion of this transaction and raise. $75M is a lot of capital to raise - in fact almost 10 times what the company raised when it did its IPO. Also, the transaction is a quite complicated one.

The company has done the right thing. They started with an investor roadshow to test the appetite of the market. They took this to Asia as well. Off the back of the roadshow, they then opened the raise and will announce to the market when that is done. they have until 31 May, which was made clear at the outset when the deal was announced. The CFDA is coming, it is just a formality. Do people really think they would build this facility and take slots from B&P if they didn't know they were getting CFDA?

This is a major transaction and large raise and these things take time. Unfortunately, there is not much the company can say to the market until they are done. I think we all need to take a deep breath and wait for news, rather than speculating and peddling conspiracy theories.

Personally, I believe this company will go on to become one of the major players. It would seem that this has been the sentiment of the market to date. Others have a different opinion, and that is fine with me. But no need for the personal insults, let's raise the quality of this thread please.
