The 'match price ' is the brokers' facility that goes on 'behind the scenes'.... 10 minutes before each opening day & after closing .....also trading halts ....
We're retail investors so can't get in on it !!...but they trade amongst themselves.
I've used it for years & very accurate ....to get an idea of the 'opening price'....
Do you have a 'live' platform ??
