My take on things is that PB is overseas lining up a placement because he knows that there is no imminent news on either the Ti off-take agreement or the CLC negotiations therefore the options wont be in the money and it's unlikely any will convert.
Another reason why I think this might be the case is the big 121 conferences that are to connect institutional investors with Companies are on in London next week and Singapore the following week..........
