    I'm not a technical analysis guy but it seems to me the 200MA is still sloping upward. The shorter time-frame moving averages have been trending downward but are now encountering strong resistance levels (though your graphic doesn't show resistance levels).

    Why could you not have asked - isn't the 200MA coming up in support of the short-term moving averages a good thing?
