this is very interesting, i actually have a bit of time for eddie smith, he is a good lad from my dealings with him although crikey he must be 70??? also johhnny kopcheff whom i know nothing about i hear from my contacts is a pretty ok operator as well.

maybe eddie will join forces with odn as between them they probably have about 8 %,

interesting scenario i suppose as vpe shareholders clearly are fed up but neither odn nor eddie have enough clout i dont reckon to be able to replace the directors, and i'm not sure odn have the cash to buy a bigger holding to actually gain control i dont reckon. imo they would probably at least need to get to about 15% to gain control with the shares vpe have on issue.

its a great situation unfolding though.
