    Schmik, I agree with you on this contract issue. It's a contract not involving GWR though, so Falak will have to prove this in Court himself, I can't wait to see this argument played out. Now these broking firms have very interesting recording methodology when used in evidence, so you will find that they have consecutively numbered and recorded trail of instructions, including repeated confirmations for transactions of this magnitude. If no such methodology exists, the evidence is inadmissible. So I can't see how Falak will get out of this, save for some major fraud on part of the broking firm, which again does not concern FAS, but those two parties. Hey, who has noticed it all happened way back on the 9th of January. Cheers
