Guys, I run an accommodation business and as such own a few apartments in the Melbourne CBD and Southbank. Have made quite good capital gains on them too by buying at the bottom...relative to houses they are offering strong yields.
However, price growth cannot go on forever...nor can growth generally.
Does anyone know if there is a way of locking in interest rates further out than 5 years in Australia?
