I think this is about ensuring funding for Purdys. I feel like Novo are about to go full steam at Purdy's reward. A good business move for both Novo and ARV IMHO. ARV has a plant that will be ready with Gekko units very shortly and if they can determine areas to mine then the plant is ready to go. This will produce instant cashflow for ARV and Novo. ARV should also benefit from minimal costs of production as Novo will have to be paying a handsome premium to ARV for the use of the plant to derive there 50% share of gold. Would not suprise me if Novo pick up the cheque on a sizable portion of production costs. A good move as this would reduce cash burn for Novo/ARV and stop share dilution for both companies.

Perhaps the JV is not a Toxic as some on this board would have us believe.

Does anyone know if there has been mention of other resource credits out of purdy's? From my understanding this would be all ARV's.

I would like to see ARV test Purdys through RH and then do a cost analysis on which metals would be best in overall dollars in the bank for ARV to mine first. Having as much cash as possible early in the Conglomerate storey will be important. I hope what makes us the most money straight up is what we mine first. We then may be able to start eatting some companies in the Pilbara who hold nice land parcels. All just my musings.
