Page three of the latest quarterly has the most recent info. "FS on schedule for completion in the second half of the year", but that may be revised if the waste products can be turned into by-products.
I'm not sure why they've gone for second half of the year rather than picking a quarter, but it makes it sound like December quarter is best case scenario, if not early 2019.
Completely justified in such a delay if it allows for a zero-waste plant, but I'm still inpatient
