net 4 g, why do you keep going on about a rights issue......that creates doubt and everyone waits to buy at a discount.........newbies think that zyl needs money etc.........
the way I see it, they are becoming a distributor, they are not a manufacturer...ie the stuff arrives in a depot in oz, and zyl ships it to the customer.....or it is shipped direct from vivotek to the client ???
they will received 11 million after tax profit from the deal
they have other funds comeing in from other contracts......I do not see a capital raising
