All i can say is; have a look at Outtrim drill costs, which was also a jackup drill.
Buffalo is in the middle of nowhere out to sea.
There will lots of helicopter rides and supply ships replenishing food and rotating crew.
And they have budgetted for 3 wells at around USD $150M.
AUD $20M is the equivalent of USD $15M, its not enough.
They have to bring in a JV partner.
