I think MS is putting these small placements together because if you remember the egm, they had 3 months to flog off 50mil shares from Oct 31st or there abouts .... that gives to the end of Jan to get them all placed. After end of Jan they will have to get shareholder approval again for placements higher than 10% or whatever the asx rules are. So i think they are just getting as much as possible from what has already been approved by shareholders at the egm.
Its a shame because at the time the sp was about 30c+, and they would have thought they would be at this time pulling anything up to $0.70 for placements since Kwanza was supposed to granted in Dec 07. Its a big shame for them to be doing placements at 15c, but you take what you can get.
