It's a really piss poor cap raising, the discount was unnecessarily high, 15c was more appropriate and preferably with renounceable rights we can sell, the SPP disadvantages holders with more than a handful of shares.... I hope shareholders punish the board for this major stuff and destruction of Enterprise Value, as Directors really do learn no other way!!!!!
We pay Directors big 6 figure salaries and expect better. As an earlier poster noted, someone is making a lot of money of this cap raising and its not me!
