Adrian has imho now got the option to go it alone, and has clearly flagged a willingness, even intention to. Wouldnt likely have been my risk management call either, but he has thefacts I don't have.
I also with Justlocal are very dubious about your Usd 10 mm too, and for the same reasons. Seems to me you've just pulled it out of the air.
