It's not that straight forward. There is long and short run SP. In the very short run the SP is massively affected by the CR. Those who hold have no incentive to buy (unless they are a huge holder) as they can buy up to 15k worth at 30c up until the end of the month. So that is a great deal of demand gone from the market.

On the supply side it makes sense for a holder who does not wish to increase their holdings to sell up to 15k of shares at any price above 30c. So it is no surprise the SP has retreated.

However, once past the immediate horizon the market shifts. The supply of shares shrinks and the demand for shares increases. Then we will know what the real effect of the CR was on the SP.

There is sentiment also, and in the past CRs have been very bad for sentiment going forward. But the sentiment on this stock has been improving of late, and if those adapt sales come through no one will care about the CR. If not then, yeah, people will start wondering when the next CR will be.
