This says it all really:


"The agreement is still being negotiated and is yet to be finalised."  Announcement 28th March 2018.

One would think this story has run it's full course.  Even a junior lawyer working for an adversary would give up by now surely.

We can all agree that a JV would be fantastic ...with the right terms that value company assets appropriately.  That can't happen until production has stabilised and targets fully evaluated.
