Freehold states:

"Team D/ramp attempted to peddle the BS back then that big holders and directors were selling amongst the other litany of other blatant lies..."

"The fact of the matter substantial share holders and directors were not selling as we would have been informed by now via a ASX Ann."


I think holders have underestimated the affect of team down-ramp as you call it on the SP.

Whatever the motivation their efforts were well orchestrated in their en masse sabotage of AVZ .

This included misinformation, dismissed concerns(tailings), old news that has been dealt with(legal), pedantic interpretations of rules(disclosure) that were deliberately designed to cause suspensions, to scare holders, and also outright foul smears orchestrated by Swami. Linewiper, and Von et al.

I think the worst of these were by Swami and Linewiper who claimed that one of our largest shareholders in AVZ had sold 14 million shares. Columbo in his great research has proved this a falsehood!

Swami made it all sound legit by stating an exact number (14mill) that ML has sold.



Swami also stated that Huayou, one of our biggest stakeholders had sold as well, which was also a false claim!








Swami then bleated:

"If anyone wants to follow Jen Sourland's advice and sue me for claiming Michael Langford has sold $AVZ shares, Let Super Ninny be the first! I'll say it again Michael Langford has sold $AVZ shares."


But of course he knew that even if ML could be bothered suing a troll he could not have because it would appear that that AVZ have gagged ML deliberately because of the unclear situation of what ML is legally able to disclose( do not want to risk further suspensions) due to his close relationship with AVZ as an agent of Airguide.


All I can tell you regarding ML's holding/buying of AVZ is what he tweeted in the past.



"On the #ASX will be selling all of my $PLS & moving to $AVZ.

He then tweeted further on the same day to confirm his motivation:

"Re-weighted away from development and commissioning risk assets to exploration and confirmation upside!"






Because we are still in the exploration and confirmation(drilling to JORC) stage with big entities circling for possible JV/Offtake/Take Over you would think ML would be mad to sell his stock. This has been confirmed by the good work of Columbo and yourself which showed that this was the case, and that major holders had held strong!

As a confirmation of ML's belief in hard rock and AVZ he also tweeted this not too long ago.

My take:

In summary team down-ramp did their job. The punters got scared, triggering stop losses, and the herd followed like lemmings. The SP unfortunately takes a hit in these circumstances with this BS and then we have to repeatedly start from a lower base to begin potential price rises.

This is to AVZ management:

It would be great to have ML back. Surely he could still be able to promote AVZ with proper legal advice as to disclosure. A permanent gag seems over the top to me!

However, in saying that I think the AVZ fundamentals, which have so far been stellar, will continue to speak for themselves.


To go back to the last company announcement on the 30th April:

" Assay results from holes MO18DD006 - MO18DD012 are anticipated to be received in the next two weeks."

Today is the 11th, so these results are imminent!..two weeks will be up on Monday.

Looking forward to the next batch of assays of holes 6 to 12. This will confirm the grade and homogeneity of spodumene in different areas along the strike further de-risking the resource, and may be a green light for big investor entities(JV/Offtake/Takeover), BNBT?, Huayou?,Tianci?,Greatpower?, CATL IPO? Sinochem(divested 2 billion assets for what???/visited Manono!) ? to make the next move!

Obviously the JORC expected June 2018 will be important,(eg. CATL IPO), but one has to remember we have a number of suitors that are circling, and they will miss out if they wait too long. A number will have completed their due diligence at Manono. Will the next results be the clincher???
