This WILL be my last post on the matter. Such debates always get nasty.
My father worked for the then Dept of Aboriginal Affairs and my mother was an experienced nurse on the western line to the Isa between the wars. Neither had a racist bone in their body. To judge them using today's "politically correct" stance is wrong. They did their best in difficult conditions. They both died thinking they had helped.
I still believe so.
