The fact that she went to university and entered politics surely says something for the system?
I wonder what sort of life she would have ended up with as a half caste in an aboriginal camp. Better or worse?
What % chance would she have had of even surviving?
I have travelled this country and seen the way many aboriginal people exist, not pretty at all.
All said with a warm heart and hope for a better future for them
