John Howard agrees with the ACTU, as well as the Business Council of Australia and Australian Council of Social Service, when such radical long time opponents agree with each other, its pretty safe to say its just a matter of time before it happens.

I think politicians are just shit scared of a backlash if they do something nice for the unemployed, i suspect ALP is going to investigate it first so they have some conclusive statements to justify it.
