Their strategy with this one is to find a JV partner to fund it. It is low risk - geologically very similar to producing geothermals in the US. They really just need the cash and they will be producing, not exploring.
Apparently they have already had interest in this from potential partners. Putting out such a detailed report is obviously aimed at these more so than the average share trader.
Director buys are very promising - perhaps news may come sooner than we think.
