With the large number of retail shareholders, and only $4 million to be allocated, I can't see the point of outlaying $15000 only to be scaled back say to $5000 and losing $10000 until mid June ( Do the maths.
Only needs 800 to take up the offer at $5000 to reach $4 mill. And $5000 will get you 38461 shares allocated. !!!!!!!!)
If more shareholders apply, you will get even less.
The ASX puts a limit of 15% on extra capital to be raised with an SPP, and most of it goes to the "sophisticated" investors, and a nice fee to Euroz
