The people who truly and deeply feel they have something to appologise for should do something about it.
They should lobby the government to bus these people into the cities to stay with them in their homes for at least a month. It would be a great opportunity for them to exchange ideas and culture which would be very beneficial for both parties.
Talk is cheap! Do something!
