That gives good reason to have faith in the recent confirmations of the revenue guidance. Surely WP wouldn't say it this close to the end of the year if he didn't know it to be correct.

All of the pessimists concerning the capital raising are quoting historical experience of the company when the circumstances were much worse than they are now. Some of the criticism ("Adapt has been a fizzer") is simply wrong and/or extreme.

I have been largely out of the company for sometime once my hope that the vaccines didn't deliver the result I hoped, but I kept my eye on it and now the company is on the verge of profitability I'm pretty bullish on prospects. I would urge investors to evaluate the position of the company now, and its revenue growth over the past two years, rather than focus on the fall in the share price over this time and historical losses. After all the share price has rallied significantly from the lowest point, and IMO there is more to come if growth continues.

If all of the available shares are subscribed for then they could issue 40m shares and take in $12m before costs. Add on the possible $18m for the immunotherapies deal and thats $30m. Presumably WP can pay of the debts if he chooses and still have ample funding to further develop products and sales. The diluted share price should still be over 30c. Selling at below 30c represents a good deal for buyers.
