DV, as I see it, there only needs to be a CR should our funding dwindle below safe balance.
Two 3rd party Energy evaluations are in play and interest from their alliances. Assuming a positive evaluation of the Anteocoat technology, there may be no more than 50/50 chance we need to raise cash.
Similarly, Consolidation is off the horizon in that event.
The biggie for me is to become confident in our commercial leadership.
