Hi Brabo1, though I think ThinkMillions has made a good point on the potential legal uncertainty being an issue that the Company may need to deal with. All very well for some to say they will just get someone else to take the Off take quantities, but until JRO situation is known or a breach occurs it may be difficult to make that commitment whilst a binding agreement exists with JRO. And as ThinkMillions pointed out, it may take some time for that legal position to be sorted.
