I've also often wondered why the need originally for so many SOI? Which in turn means so many more by way of performance milestones etc. I mean, how many billions do you need? I must confess, in my weirder moments I have fantasised about GG and Rahul, saying, nah, we've got enough, and actually cancelling the 300-odd million performance milestones due to vest in a couple of months! Bearing in mind there is another billion shares coming out of escrow in July, the least they could do is extend escrow for another year.
Yeah, I know.....
BTW Can someone remind me what the vesting criteria are for the performance shares?
