Thanks very much Westwind. I got a personalized email with an Application number. (not 16 digits though) and a link to an application form. I click the link and it takes me to a page where I can download the offer document ( which says can pay by BPay with personal application number) and then when go through the next buttons i go through a formal online application form which finally gets to a SUBMIT button which I did not click yet. Seems I might have been lead down the garden path here and being on holiday in Vietnam at this timr looks like I might miss out
