Rental yield in Canberra for inner city 1 br apartments seems to be a respectable net >5%.
I think older style in tree lined streets around Braddon and Dickson will hold value and appeal as all the more costly new units spring up along and close to Northbourne Ave in response to the new Light Rail.
Any knowledgeable locals able to offer some thoughts?
